Deepika Padukone gets extremely nostalgic
as she was reminiscing about her school and college days. She finished her
schooling from Bangalore and her academic life left a massive impact on
her. Before making a mark for herself in

Daughter of former World badminton
Champion Prakash Padukone, Deepika herself was a state level badminton player.
Deepika was born in Denmark as her father was training in the sport there. Her family moved to Bangalore, India, when she was eleven
months old. Padukone is of Mangalorean origin, and her mother tongue is
Konkani.
She spent her early days in Bangalore with her family before being a successful model and making it big in Bollywood.
